TPL Music - Hardly Creative LLC operates Hardly Creative (hardlycreative.com), Main Street Sites, Good Tool and Good Day Sites. In this policy, "we" means that company. Our address above is a mailing address, not an office. For privacy questions or requests, email hi@hardlycreative.com and tell us which site or service is involved.
This policy covers our own websites, customer relationships and outreach. A business whose website we host decides how it uses information about its own visitors.
Information you send us by email or form, and the technical request data described in section 3.
The sign-up form collects your business name, city and state, an optional link to an existing site and optional notes. Our payment processor collects and holds your payment card and billing details and receives the sign-up details with your checkout. We keep subscription status, correspondence, edit requests and the content you give us to build and update your site. Our hosting schedule sets out the service terms.
To offer the service to businesses that have not contacted us, we use public business listings, a business's existing website and public contact details to prepare a sample site and to send email or postal mail through email and mail service providers. We keep a record of our contacts and a suppression list of opt-out requests.
Links in our outreach email and QR codes on our postcards pass through a link redirect that records the link token, time, campaign, browser user-agent, referrer and a hash of your IP address, which can still identify a device. We use this for outreach measurement, not for advertising.
Email you send us is stored with our email and infrastructure providers, and its content may be processed with automated systems. Please do not email payment-card numbers or other sensitive personal information.

Our hosting and security providers process the technical data every web request carries: IP address, requested page, browser and device details, approximate location and time. hardlycreative.com does not currently load analytics, session replay or advertising trackers. Our payment processor's checkout page sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
We use information to provide and improve our services, answer inquiries, bill and manage subscriptions, investigate errors and abuse, keep business records, and offer our service to businesses.
We share information with service providers in these categories: hosting and infrastructure, email and mailbox, payment processing, business-listing data and postal fulfillment. We may also disclose information where the law requires, to protect rights and security, or in a business sale or reorganization.
We keep information as long as we need it for our business, legal, tax, security and dispute purposes, and our providers and backups may keep it longer.
Depending on where you live, you may ask us for access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your information, object to or restrict our processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email hi@hardlycreative.com with the service involved and enough detail to find your records. We may verify your identity, and you may use an authorized representative. If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may complain to your privacy regulator. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We operate in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and elsewhere. Where European or UK law applies, our bases for processing are performing the services you request, legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in security, billing and business administration and in contacting businesses about our service.
Marketing email includes opt-out instructions, and you can email us to stop email or postal outreach. We may continue service, billing and security messages.
Our paid services are for adults with authority to contract for a business. Our sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, contact us.
