Small fixed-scope projects

Fix one operational bottleneck and ship it.

These are deliberately narrow projects for teams that need useful work done without starting a long consulting engagement. Trevor Loucks scopes and delivers the work directly. You get a written scope and fixed fee before work starts.

CRM Cleanup + Import

Starting at $1,500

Usually 3–5 business days

A small team with one messy contact or deal dataset and an existing HubSpot account.

  • One source-file audit and cleanup plan
  • Field mapping, deduplication, and one controlled import
  • One pipeline or dashboard view configured around a named decision
  • Written handoff with exceptions and next steps

No partner-status claim, sales outsourcing, or multi-system migration in this scope.

Analytics + Reporting Repair

Starting at $1,750

Usually 3–7 business days

A team with a broken, manual, or distrusted report and access to the underlying source.

  • Audit of one reporting flow and its definitions
  • Repair or rebuild of one focused dashboard/report
  • Validation against source data and documented assumptions
  • A repeatable refresh or export procedure

Media buying, enterprise data warehouses, and undefined attribution rebuilds are separate projects.

API + Workflow Sprint

Starting at $2,500

Usually 5–10 business days

A team repeatedly moving the same data between two systems with documented API access.

  • One bounded integration, webhook, scheduled job, or internal utility
  • Logging, failure handling, and a human approval point where needed
  • Deployment in client-owned accounts
  • Setup notes and a recorded handoff

Third-party fees, undocumented APIs, and regulated or security-certified environments require a new scope.

What the first call decides

We confirm the source systems, access, one measurable definition of done, and anything that would move the work outside the published scope. If the project fits, you receive a short written proposal and invoice.

Clean-slate proof

Hardly Creative does not publish a client-logo wall or imply public-sector past performance it has not earned. Early projects are evaluated on a clear scope, direct access to the builder, owned-system demonstrations, and verifiable delivery artifacts.
